About Framework Advisory Group

Most advisors study business from the outside. Layna has run it from the inside.

As an agent, a director of operations, a transaction coordinator, and a property manager across real estate, hospitality, insurance, and beyond, she has seen the same pattern repeat in every business she has touched.

The owner is in everything. The team is stuck. And nobody can figure out why.

Framework Advisory Group exists to fix that.

The Journey

Layna started her career in real estate in 2003, earning three

RE/MAX production awards in her first year alone.

Over the next two decades, she moved through industries most

advisors never touch: leasing, property management, car sales,

hospitality, insurance, office management, and short-term rental

operations. She returned to real estate, this time not just as an

agent, but as the operational backbone behind high-performing

teams.

As a director of operations and account manager for top-producing Keller Williams teams, she stopped being surprised by what she found. Different industries. Different revenue levels. Same structural collapse.

That early success taught her something most agents never learn: production without structure is just controlled chaos.

The Insight

Here is what two decades of being inside businesses teaches you:

The owner is not failing because they lack drive. They are failing because they built a business that can only run with them in the middle of it.

Their team is not underperforming. They are operating without direction because the goals keep shifting and no one has built the systems to hold the work steady.

It is not a people problem. It is not a motivation problem. It is a structure problem. And structure can be fixed.

That is why Framework exists.

Focused on long-term clarity instead of short-term activity

We advise.

We implement when it serves the client.

Clients decide.

The Case Study

When Tracy K., a top-producing real estate agent came to Layna with a business that looked successful on the outside and felt like a fire drill on the inside.

No project management system. Bookkeeping behind. Tax records scattered. No file organization in the backend. A team with no clear structure to support the volume she was doing.

Within the engagement: a project management system was implemented and adopted, financials were organized and brought current, file systems were rebuilt, and a team structure was put in place that could actually hold the business as it grew.

The agent did not just get organized. She got out of the weeds and stayed out.

Who This Model Works Best For

This advisory model is best suited for:

  • Your business has real revenue and real complexity

  • You are the bottleneck and you know it

  • You are done making decisions your team should be making

  • You want structure, not a pep talk

This work is not designed for:

  • New or early-stage businesses

  • You are looking for a shortcut or a quick fix

  • You want someone to tell you that you are doing great.

Principal Advisor

Layna Maye serves as Principal Advisor to Framework Advisory Group.

Layna is based in Columbus, Georgia. She works with established business owners who are done white-knuckling their own operations and ready to build something that holds.

She is direct, structured, and allergic to fluff, which makes her exactly the kind of advisor most visionary owners have never had.

She leads and collaborates with her team to diagnose operational breakdowns, provide advisory judgment, and support leaders as their businesses move beyond founder-dependent execution.

When implementation is part of the engagement, she oversees the building - ensuring the work stays anchored to the strategy, not just the to-do list.

The Outcome

The outcome of this work is not productivity or pace.

It is clarity.
Better decisions.
Reduced noise.
More durable operations.
